Starting as a programmer in the 1990s, Diego Samuilov evolved into project management. Diego now brings the ability to manage Customer digital transformation. Mr. Samuilov has not only been a witness but an active participant in multiple events throughout the history of software & technology. Diego has seen first hand the Enterprise Networking Revolution of the mid-1990s. He participated in the Client/Server Transformation of the late 1990s. The Microsoft Windows explosive growth in the enterprise was one of his main focus areas throughout the 1990s. He built sites and participated in the Dot Com bubble’s incredible growth and witnessed its follow-up bust.
Mr. Samuilov was an early adopter of cloud services throughout the mid-2000s. He helped drive adoption with the creation and lecturing of best practices. As a user, he was a part of the Social Media evolution of the 2000s. He was an active member of the developer community for the Mobile revolution of the late 2000s. The most recent wave in which he actively participates is the Process Automation wave of the mid-2010s that extends to this day. All these transformative cycles in the software & technology realms have shaped the views of a software professional who understands the daily Customer struggles to move towards an ideal level of digital transformation where your business is more dynamic and responsive to market trends and swings.
Diego’s extensive experience led him to lecture about mobile development at TechEd, Comdex, and other local, regional, and international conferences. He is a published author.
More recently, Diego has been in consulting and advisory roles. He is part of the Intelligent Process Automation/Robotic Process Automation movement. Mr. Samuilov worked for Cognizant and RPA platform vendor Automation Anywhere. At Automation Anywhere, Diego had a Partner-facing advisory position, working with Accenture, Capgemini, KPMG, Infosys, TCS, TechMahindra, and other systems integrators and large advisories. His role allowed him to be in highly visible situations with Partners and their Customers promoting, assessing, and implementing the platform.

Mr. Samuilov is an expert in executing Process Automation, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Extreme, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies. He provides Compliance Assessment Services helping BlueKatana teams focus on industry standards such as PCI, HIPAA/HITECH, SOX, SSAE-16, SAS-70, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, and Compliance with his broad compliance experience.
